Do you alter curtains?
We have an alteration service available if the curtains purchased from us are too long or need to be split to make two pairs.
Will you alter my existing curtains?
We are unable to alter curtains unless they have been purchased at The Curtain Exchange.
Do you hang curtains?
We provide a fitting service for goods purchased at The Curtain Exchange. We do not install tracks and poles that have been purchased elsewhere.
Do you sell tracks and poles?
We have a fabulous selection of poles suitable for period and contemporary homes. All tracks and poles are made to order.
Can I leave my details with you so that you can let me know when curtains come in that meet my requirements?
Yes. We provide a service where you provide us with your measurements and images of the window.
The Wish List service can assist you in finding the right curtains and accessories for your home.
Please visit our store and complete our Wish List registration.
Can you come and measure my windows?
We provide a service if you need assistance measuring your windows for recycled goods or in need of our decorating service.
A consultation fee applies and is redeemable against custom made orders.
Can you come and look at my curtains that I want to sell?
The Curtain Exchange provides an on site inspection service to advise you on the suitability of your goods. A $40.00 fee, within the Melbourne metropolitan area, is payable in advance.
Please note that all goods must meet our criteria before an appointment is made.
An On Site Inspection appointment does not ensure a placement of goods.
We do not remove the goods: the fee is for inspection only.
You are welcome to bring your goods into the showroom for us to view at no cost.
This service is ideal for house lots.
